After much anticipation, this past week Chief Engineer Hartman and Lieutenant/Treasurer Thren made the long trek to South Carolina to see the New Rescue/Engine for the first time. It has finally become a reality as the final inspection for the engine was completed. With very few adjustments needed, the engine will be heading to Muncy, PA to Campbell Supplies in the coming week for last minute details to be finalized. We are anticipating delivery within the next couple of weeks. The long wait has certainly paid off!!
